Dog Park Improvements

Dog Park closureK-9 Corner, the dog park at Tequesta Park will be upgraded with sod, irrigation, and new benches.

One section of the dog park will be closed at a time to allow for root grinding, grading and compaction with fill dirt. Sod and irrigation will be installed. After the installation of sod, area 1 will remain closed for 1 month to allow the sod to properly root. After area 1 is re-opened, area 2 will close and follow the same process as area 1.

New dog park rules will be posted at the dog park along with signage identifying the areas dedicated for large breed dogs and small dog breeds.
