The Village of Tequesta uses the communications service - Nixle to communicate important information to our residents.

Nixle allows us to send important, valuable community information directly to residents using this latest technology. The Village prides itself on its approach in communicating with our residents and we have diligently worked to stay abreast of technological advances and social media trends. With the safety of our residents always being a priority, staff implemented this all-in-one approach for distribution of mass alerts. Subscribers are able to choose the way in which alerts are received, whether it is by email, text message, landlines or over the web.

Messages may include parks and recreation events, meeting notices, Smoke Signals as well as other relevant emergency, safety and community event information.

You can receive updates via text message and email – and even landlines.
