| Flooding | The Village just experienced a strong storm, which dumped a large amount of water on the Village in a short amount of time. This has caused significant flooding on the roads of the Village. Please use extra caution when traveling around town, or remain home until the roads have properly drained.
Please do not attempt to drive through flooded streets, as this can be dangerous.

There is an ATT router down in Ft. Lauderdale causing internet issues for the Village of Tequesta governmental services. There is no current ETA on a resolution.

The following are inbound services that are not working:
• Village email

• Laserfiche – 768-0440
• Building’s electronic payment system – 768-0454
• JustFOIA – public record request system – 768-0440
• Finance Water Bill Pay – 768-0429
If you need any of the above services while the internet is down, please contact the number next to the listed service above. |
| Payment Services | The Village’s payment services are temporally offline. IT is working to fix the issue and we will let you know once the issue has been resolved and the services are backup running. |

| Powerlines Down and RR Track Arms Broken | This is an important message. During the night, the Village experienced winds in excess of 70 mph. As a result, there are power lines down and RR track arms broken. The areas of Rio Vista and Bermuda Terrace were especially hard hit.
Please be extra cautious when traveling around the Village and take extra precautions when traveling over the RR tracks. Our Village Emergency Management is working with FPL, FEC and local law enforcement.
As a reminder, always call 911 if you are in an emergency situation. Thank you.
|
| Register for Emergency Alerts | The Village of Tequesta partners with Palm Beach County's Public Safety Department to send emergency alerts to our residents. The County's system already has access to residential and business land lines. With today's "on-the-go" technology, many residents no longer have land lines, therefore are not notified via the regional alert and notification system.
However, there is a way to add personalized contact information and receive phone calls and text messages via your cell phone.
Want to receive information via email from the Village regarding events, emergency alters, council meetings, etc.?
