Description:

There will be daily lane closures on Tequesta Drive in the Eastbound Lane from Fiesta Avenue to Old Dixie Hwy.

The lane closure will be used to unload material into the FEC right of way. 

Attached is the MOT plan along with FDOT Standard for lane closures (Index 613).

Dates/Time:

October 19th through October 30th

The daily lane closure will be set every morning at 7:00am and removed no later than 5:30pm.

Railroad Crossings

Tequesta – Railroad Crossing at Tequesta Dr.

Day-time flagging operations, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., through Friday, October 23 for rail work. Crossings may be closed briefly (1-2 minutes) as trucks enter and exit Tequesta Dr.

Jupiter – Railroad Crossing at Frederick Small Rd. 

Full road closure for railroad crossing upgrades, 9 a.m., Friday, October 23 through 7 p.m., Thursday, November 5.

Detour Information:

  • Eastbound Frederick Small Rd. traffic will be directed to travel south on Military Trail to Donald Ross Rd., travel east on Donald Ross Rd. to Alternate A1A and travel north on Alternate A1A to access Frederick Small Rd.
  • Westbound Frederick Small Rd. traffic will be directed to travel south on Alternate A1A to Donald Ross Rd., travel west on Donald Ross Rd. to Military Trail and travel north on Military Trail to access Frederick Small Rd.
  • Southbound Alternate A1A traffic wishing to continue west on Frederick Small Rd. will be directed to continue south on Alternate A1A to Donald Ross Rd., travel west on Donald Ross Rd. to Military Trail and travel north on Military Trail to access Frederick Small Rd.
  • Northbound Alternate A1A traffic wishing to continue west on Frederick Small Rd. will be directed to travel west on Donald Ross Rd. to Military Trail and travel north on Military Trail to access Frederick Small Rd.

Palm Beach Gardens – Railroad Crossings between Hood Rd. and Lighthouse Dr.

Day-time flagging operations, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., through Friday, November 20 for rail work. Crossings may be closed briefly (1-2 minutes) as trucks enter and exit Hood Rd., Kyoto Gardens Dr., RCA Blvd., Burns Rd., and Lighthouse Dr. 

Palm Beach Gardens – Railroad Crossings between Hood Rd. and Kyoto Gardens Dr.  

Day-time flagging operations, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., through Friday, October 30 for rail work. Crossings may be closed briefly (1-2 minutes) as trucks enter and exit Hood Rd. and Kyoto Gardens Dr.

Palm Beach Gardens – Southbound Alternate A1A/SR 811 between Hood Rd and Kyoto Gardens Dr.  

Intermittent single lane closure, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., through Friday, November 13. The right lane of southbound Alternate A1A/SR 811 may be closed intermittently to allow trucks to enter and exit the site. 

Bridges

Palm Beach Gardens – Earman River 

Day-time pile-driving operations, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., continuing through 2021 to install a temporary work trestle (platform) for cranes on the west side of the existing bridge (south bank) and for bridge construction. 

Jupiter – Loxahatchee River

Day-time pile driving operations, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday through Sunday, continuing through October 2021 to install temporary work trestles (platforms) for cranes on the east and west sides of the existing bridge (north bank).

Country Club Drive Sidewalk Replacement Project Phase l

The Public Works and Utilities Departments are pleased to announce the Start Date: May 18, 2020

Notifications signs are now posted in the work zone.

Sidewalk

The Departments and Contractor, Wynn and Sons will Coordinate the closure(s) of residential driveways.

Homeowners will receive notifications via door hangers providing the dates driveway entrances will be blocked in order to form and pour concrete.

We will also notify you when to turn off your irrigation.
