Zoning Overlays

Ordinance 1-24

On October 16, 2024, the Tequesta Village Council adopted Ordinance 1-24, which established three zoning overlays: Tequesta Drive Overlay, US Highway One Overlay, and Village Center Overlay. Ordinance 1-24 can be found here.
