Sea Glass, formerly the Blowing Rocks condominium built in 1968, is located at 1500 Beach Road. This redevelopment will be a 9-story condominium building, spanning 131,391 square feet and will feature 21 residential units along with various resident amenities. This project was approved by the Village Council in September 2019 with SPM 6-19.

300 Beach Road

(Just North of Cato's Bridge)

Atlantic Beach I, formerly known as Savoy and previously “Island House South East,” is located at 300 Beach Road. The proposed redevelopment will transform the site, which spans approximately 2.26 acres, with a 10-story building that includes 26 residential units. The building footprint will cover 34,230 square feet. The project was approved by Village Council in October 2022, with SPM 3-23.

250 Beach Road 

(Just North of Cato's Bridge)

250 Beach Road, previously referred to as “Regency Condominiums” and originally built in 1967, was presented to the Village Council for redevelopment in August of 2022. The new development features a 10-story, 289,237 square foot condominium with 34 multi-family residential units and luxury amenities such a swimming pool, extensive landscaping, and recreational facilities. This project was approved by the Village Council on September 14, 2023, under SPR 1-23.

The Reserve

(Next to the Publix shopping plaza)

The Reserve at Tequesta is located at 746 US Highway 1 just north of Publix and approximately 535 feet south of County Line Road. The development is situated on approximately 6.03 acres and will consist of 69 two-story townhomes units and amenities. This project was approved by the Village Council in January 2021.
